Grand Bay Community

Grand Bay Community Association is located on Sarasota Bay behind the gates of Bay Isles on Longboat Key. The Community Association maintains the common areas for the six condominium associations for the six condominium buildings. Each building is a separate condominium association with its own governing Board. Each Association elects a representative to the Community Association Board, with one member at large.
