Corey’s Landing

This 61 unit Homeowners Association is located on Sarasota Bay behind the gates of Bay Isles, Longboat Key, FL. Amenities include pool, har tru tennis courts, private beach club, and boating access. Owners are allowed to have 2 small domesticated dogs, cats, or birds. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented 2 times in a 12 month period. Renters are not allowed to have pets. All rental applications are board approved and there is a $100.00 rental application fee.
