Winding Oaks

Winding Oaks is located within Bay Isles on Longboat Key. It houses 28 buildings, constituting 56 units. Its amenities include a swimming pool and access to Bay Isles Beach Club. There are restrictions with respect to leasing, in that no unit owner can lease less than an entire unit or lease a unit for a period of less than one month. During the time a unit is leased, rented or occupied by others, the unit owner shall not have the right to use the common elements and facilities except as a guest of another unit owner or lessee. Pets are permissible as long as they are kept on a leash when in the common elements.
