Harbour Court

Located on Sarasota Bay behind the Bay Isles gates on Longboat Key, this 18 unit Homeowners Association amenities include pool, tennis court, putting green and boat docks. Owners are allowed to have a bird, fish, one cat, or one dog not to exceed 20 pounds. Renters are not allowed pets. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented for a minimum 90 days. All rental applications are board approved and there is a $100.00 rental application fee.
