Located within Bay Isles on Longboat Key, this 56 unit complex is comprised of 15 buildings and is located on adjacent to Longboat Key Club Golf Course. Amenities include a pool and membership to Bay Isle Beach Club. The Board of Directors must approve rentals, in writing, prior to the occupancy of the tenant. A $50 non-refundable application fee must accompany each application. Applicants must be submitted at least one month prior to intended commencement date of the rental. No less than the entire unit may be rented and no rental may be for a period of less than three months. A tenant may not sublet a unit. No animals other than birds, fish, one cat or one small dog weighing no more than 12 lbs may be kept in a unit by the owner. Renters may not have pets. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the confines of their owner’s unit.
