Islands West

2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive, a 87 unit Condominium beachfront complex located on beautiful Longboat Key, FL. Amenities include pool, library, clubhouse,, laundry room, fitness room and tennis courts. Owners are allowed to have two small domesticated dogs, cats, or birds. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented two times in a 12 month period with a minimum of not less than 90 days. Renters are not allowed to have pets. All rental applications are board approved and there is a $100.00 rental application fee.
