Meridian I @ The Oaks

A twenty-nine unit condominium located in Osprey behind the gates of The Oaks. Amenities include a pool, spa, twelve tennis courts, 36-hole and 18-hole golf courses, crochet, exercise room, and on-site maintenance personnel. Unit owners may lease their units as long as the Board receives a written notice of the intent to lease, along with a fully executed copy of the proposed lease, at least twenty days prior to the first day of occupancy. Pets are permitted but no more than two (2) commonly accepted household pets, such as a dog or cat, not more than two caged birds, and reasonable numbers of tropical fish, subject to reasonable regulation by the Association.
