Meridian II @ The Oaks

A twenty-nine unit condominium located in Osprey behind the gates of The Oaks. Amenities include a pool, tennis courts and a golf shop. Unit owners can rent out their units as long as they receive prior Association approval. Units cannot be leased for less than ninety consecutive days and not more than twice a year. Pets are permitted.
