4241-4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive, This 66 unit complex consists of condominium units, small and large manors and mid-rise units. Units are located either on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico or on Sarasota Bay. Amenities include tennis courts, pool and spa. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented for a minimum of not less than 30 days and only 3 times in a 12 month period. A $35.00 Processing fee and a 15 day advance notice is required. Owners are allowed to have no more than 2 pets.
