3235 – 3420 Gulf of Mexico Drive – A 69 unit complex on Longboat Key, one building overlooks Sarasota Bay and the other overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include pool, spa and tennis courts. Owners are not allowedto have pets. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented for no less than 30 days and only 3 times in a calendar year. Application fee is $100.00 and need to be submitted 20 days prior to start of rental. All applications are board approved.
