Bay Isles Association
 

Bay Isles Association is a Planned Unit Development composed of condominium and homeowner associations, LBK Club Harbourside golf course and tennis facilities, and a full service Marina with restaurant and boat docks. There are two gated entries to Bay Isles which are manned 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Residents in Bay Isles are automatically members of the Bay Isles Beach Club which is a private facility located at 2111 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Florida.

 

 

Residents of Bay Isles pay an annual maintenance fee to maintain the landscaping, roadways owned by Bay Isles, lighting, the manned entry gates and supplemental gates, the Beach Club facility, and the perimeter waterway channel.

Residents pay maintenance fees as members of the above Associations in addition to the annual Bay Isles maintenance fee. Each Association appoints a Bay Isles voting representative to attend Bay Isles meetings and vote/speak on their behalf.

 

The Bay Isles Beach Club has an attendant Wednesday through Sunday. Owners who wish to reserve the Beach Club for private parties may do so subject to the Association's rules and restrictions.

 

Residents may obtain access cards for the gates at the South entry gate located off of Gulf of Mexico Drive across from Seaplace Condominium Association. The gates are administered by the Vehicle Control Officer whose hours are Monday through Friday, and Saturdays until noon. All owners must register personally at the gate with the Vehicle Control Officer. Information on how to pre-clear guests and services will be provided with the gate access cards.
