Sabal Cove

A thirty-eight unit homeowner’s association located on Longboat Key behind the Bay Isles gates on Sarasota Bay. Homeowners can lease out their units for no less than six months and no more than once in a 12-month period consisting of a fiscal year commencing October 1 st of each year. Lease requests must be in writing and submitted to the Board for approval. Pets are permitted.
