Located on Siesta Key Beach, this 12 unit gated Condominium’s amenities include pool, spa, cabana, beach access, and seven day a week concierge service. Owners are allowed to have 2 pets. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented 3 times in a 12 month period with a minimum of not less than 90 days with prior approval of the association. Renters are not allowed to have pets.
