Located gulf front on Siesta Key at 9122 Midnight Pass Road, this 17 unit Condominium’s amenities include pool, spa, boat dock, private cabanas, and kayak launch. Owners are allowed to have 2 small pets under 15 pounds. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented 4 times in a 12 month period with a minimum of not less than 60 days. Renters are not allowed to have pets. All rental applications are board approved and there is a $100.00 rental application fee.
