Tangerine Bay

Located on Longboat Key, this 90 unit bayfront condominium complex consists of 10 3-story buildings, with a large pool, complete with waterfalls and cabana. Amenities include exercise room, tennis courts, boat dock and membership to the Bay Isles Beach Club. There is an onsite BCMGMT maintenance supervisor. Small pets no larger than 22lbs.(when fully grown) or 16 inches high at the shoulder are permissible. No unit may be leased for a period of less than 60 days. No unit may be leased more than twice in a 12 month period. 30 days prior to each rental, an application form, together with a rental fee of $100 payable to the association must be received and approved by management prior to occupancy of the unit by the tenant.
