Located near downtown Sarasota overlooking Sarasota Bay at 990 Boulevard of the Arts, this 44 unit Luxury Condominium’s amenities include pool, clubroom , boat slips, fitness room and meeting room. 24 hour concierge service is provided by onsite staff. Owners are allowed to have pets with prior approval of the board; with no fish tanks over 50 gallons. Rental policy states that a unit may be rented 2 times in a 12 month period with a minimum of not less than 90 days. Renters are not allowed to have pets. All rental applications are board approved and there is a $100.00 rental application fee.
