This 221 unit gulf front condominium resort is located on the southern end of Longboat Key behind the gates of Longboat Key Club Islandside. The condominium consists of six buildings, pool, spa, and owners have the opportunity to participate in the resort’s rental management program. The resort operates a full service restaurant, concierge services, meeting room facilities, and pool bar.
