Beth Callans, President and Owner, has over 18 years experience in all phases of property management in Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Orlando, and Tampa. Her approach to community association management emphasizes proactive communication, management, and maintenance of the properties.

Since the company’s inception in 1998, the list of Associations in Beth Callans Management Corporation’s portfolio continues to grow steadily as a result of referrals from other Board members, Association residents, and community professionals.

In response to its managed growth, Beth Callans Management has assembled a team of highly qualified management and maintenance professionals while continuing to maintain the philosophy that “the key to success is to meet and exceed the client’s expectations.”

Beth Callans Management realizes its best asset is its qualified professional management team and staff members. The Property Management administrative team currently consists of 17 licensed community association managers. The Management staff is teamed with management assistants and an experienced accounting staff to provide first class service, information, and assistance to the company’s clients. The Administrative staff is further strengthened by its operational team members consisting of over 120 professional onsite maintenance and custodial personnel.

To provide staff with the potential of advancement and to provide the company with a future resource for professional managers, support staff members are encouraged to learn all aspects of property management and to obtain their community association management licenses. Beth Callans Management trains and insures that staff is familiar with laws governing condominium and homeowner associations, understand the fiscal responsibilities of the management team, and have knowledge of the factors that govern the limited and limited common areas.
